“The Journey”
Travel the road to touching the heart-mind with a 90-minute “journey”…
Part 1 of your journey includes 45 minutes of yoga-based synchronized breath and slow movement flow on the floor. Breath awareness and hands on adjustments are interwoven, accompanied by relaxing music.
Part 2 of your journey is a natural continuation of the movement session. This 45 minutes of relaxing therapeutic table massage enjoys long, slow gliding massage strokes using jojoba oil and aromatherapy to encourage and sustain a meditative state of mind, and deeper relaxation of the body.
