When visiting our Cape Cod inn, choose from rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, suites with kitchenettes, a converted horse stable, or an honest to goodness 1740's barn!
No matter where you end up, your space will be sparkling clean and feature top-of-the-line bedding and linens, a comfy sitting area, A/C, TV and DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and of course, a private in-room bath. Perfect for adult relaxation! This is the ideal alternative to Cape Cod hotels.
Each of our Cape Cod lodging accommodations is just a few steps from the courtyard, with its solar-heated pool, year-round hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, lounge chairs, and barbecue grill.
The Inn accepts guests 10 years of age and older.

Our "when you want-what you want-where you want it" breakfast is included! Eat at the time you choose, and enjoy it where you like--socialize in the sunroom overlooking the gardens and woods, relax poolside, or take breakfast to bed! Guests will enjoy a healthy and locally infused breakfast of homemade muffins and cakes, award-winning granola, fresh fruits, local coffee and jams, and other surprises, designed to fill you up and get you out the door! There is also an a la carte menu of mouth-watering "opt-in-opt-out" hot specials if you'd like to "super-size" things.

The Lamb's Retreat is a converted 1700's horse stable and is the size of a large cottage. Time to spread out! It features:

- French doors that open into the main bedroom (king bed)
- A fun loft sleeping area over the living room (queen bed)

The "Barn-Stable" has got it all!! Built in 1740, this Barn is the real thing! Large, fun, & funky!
The Barn was recently freshly renovated and features:
- Spacious living room
- A dining nook for 6
- 1.5 baths
- French doors that lead out a private deck with table, chairs, BBQ grill, and Cape Cod shower!
- A cozy gas fireplace stove (in the cooler months)
- A fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, & toaster
- A/C, digital cable TV/DVD, telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a rockin' good breakfast!
- Bedding: The Barn features a unique upstairs triple loft. Loft #1 features 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Loft #2 has 1 queen bed. Loft # 3 has 1 twin bed.

This adorable, private, & newly renovated cottage is OFF PREMISES in nearby historic Yarmouth Port.
The cottage is very clean, recently renovated, and features all brand-new
furniture and original artwork on the walls--this is not your "scary" rental cottage!
Kitchen with oven/stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Comcast digital cable TV/DVD, high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a washer/dryer. The cottage is part of a very private and quiet 5-cottage community on beautiful route 6A. Breakfast is not included, but cottage guests may use the Inn's courtyard, pool and hot tub.
What's near to the cottage:
Gray's Beach is a very pretty 1-mile walk down quiet, residential streets. The General Store is a stone's throw away, and conservation hiking trails are behind the
property. Grocery stores, restaurants, antiquing, art galleries, & many other beaches are just minutes away.
In season, the cottage is a FRIDAY-FRIDAY rental. Off season there is a 3-night stay requirement. For more details and photos, please contact us
